Objectives:
| 1. | To promote education among family members in order for them to create a responsible parenthood. |
| 2. | To preserve and protect the good health, both mental and physical, of parents, children and young people through promoting and supporting effective family planning services. |
| 3. | To educate the public on the relationship between planning, population, development and the environment. |
| 4. | To stimulate appropriate research in all aspects of human fertility and its regulation and to make known the findings of such research. |
| 5. | To examine and endeavor to solve such other problems as re relevant to the foregoing and to take appropriate action. |
| 6. | To aid and assist Member-associations and other associations and societies having aims and objects similar to those of the Federation in any way possible and with or without any conditions as the Federation thinks fit in its absolute discretion. |
| 7. | To raise funds with the prior approval of the relevant authorities and the Registrar of Societies. |
