Objectives:
| 1. | To create a network of volunteers who can give their time to support community services. |
| 2. | To promote a high level of social awareness of the need for care and support by individuals and organizations. |
| 3. | To stimulate and encourage the community and local leaders to provide support to each other and thus gain self-reliance within the resources of the community. |
| 4. | To maintain a data base of organizations and volunteers to enable the implementation of appropriate assistance to provide information, education and training required by people of all ages. |
| 5. | To raise and manage funds to implement the objectives of the Council. |
